Coordination

Project coordination is ensured through a network of trusted partners specialized in event organization and operational management.

These teams, selected for their high standards, precision and attention to detail, oversee every stage of the project: installation, team management, timeline supervision and the seamless execution of the event.

This service is provided exclusively within the framework of projects whose artistic direction has been conceived by Empreinte Éphémère.

Objective : to ensure smooth, precise and perfectly orchestrated coordination, faithfully aligned with the original creative vision.

Coordination includes * :

- Coordination of teams and vendors prior to the event
- Development of the operational timeline
- Supervision of installations and setup

Art Direction & Experience Design

Empreinte Éphémère conceives the artistic direction of projects where aesthetics, meaning and lived experience hold a central place.

Each project begins with a concept and a clear intention, designed to reveal the identity of a brand, a hospitality venue or a refined weddings.

From this vision, we imagine a structured aesthetic universe in which every detail contributes to a coherent whole.

Scenography then becomes a language : a work on space, light, materials, gestures, rhythms and guest journeys.
Each element is carefully considered to create an immersive, sensitive and memorable experience.

From the visible to the invisible, from space to gestures, from image to sensory perception, artistic direction orchestrates a controlled perception and a coherent narrative in order to reveal a strong and distinctive identity.

Our role is to transform an intention into an experience, and to bring forward a recognizable aesthetic signature.

Art Direction process includes :

- Deployment of visual universes across space, image, print and digital supports
- Curation of creative partners and artisans (floral design, stationery, typography, graphic design…)
- Design of a bespoke scenography
- Artistic direction and supervision of the implementation
